In 2022, WEMCO GmbH, Overath, was divided into two sales companies, WEMCO GmbH Werkzeugmaschinen Automation in Overath and WEMCO GmbH Werkzeugmaschinen Automation Süd in Zimmern o. R.. Further information can be found here.
At the same time, the management of the two operating companies was handed over from the seniors Fukuta and Schepper to their sons Sho Fukuta and Philipp Schepper.
Ichiro Fukuta and Christian Schepper remain active in the management of the parent company WEMCO Group GmbH.
